Possibility to set how many email are sent per hour / day in a program. this is specially useful for programs that send email with call to action for clients which fill a form and the call center calls them. If they send a bunch of emails all together and many people fill the form, the call center is not able to handle all that calls and the client experience is not good.

Another suggestion is to use routing in a decision to breakup the sends or use a telesales step to send a list of the contacts that enter based on submitting the form, then only send that list each day at a certain time.
