Rather than using a program for a single triggered mailing it is just easier to use an Automated Message. But with all Automated Messages (especially ones that are triggered daily) they also send to the entire seed list every day.

Ideally they would send to the seed list when first activated, or have the ability to turn on/off regular Seed sending.
