Get data full subject lines data programmatically (via API) to aid with external reporting tools
These subject lines should be fully expanded and reflect exactly what went out in the Subject Line and was visible to the customer. Need to be able to so it can be pulled out of WCA just like we have to pull all of the other data out to do any sort of reporting.
