Clients really like LIVEview link click overlay.

It is very intuitive and provides not just link click data but also basic page data such as page views, sessions etc

But we have constant and very frustrating trouble keeping the Plug In up-to-date with different browsers and browser versions.

In addition many clients have trouble even downloading and using plug ins due to internal security settings that do not allow then to download, run or install plug ins.

Can we build LIVEview into the Next Gen UI?

It would seem to me that we should be able to have some sort of self contained browser and plug in that could be accessed or viewed via the UI. Then we would not need to worry about updates to browsers, different versions of browsers, updates to plug in etc.
