Org admin should be able to delete folders no matter who created them
In our org, we have folders that were created by users that no longer work for us, and we have no way of reorganizing our folder structure because not even an admin can delete a folder created by someone else

Within Programs Have that ability to set wait times of minutes and hours, rather than just days, months and weeks
At the moment there is only the ability to set a waiting time of Days, Months, Weeks. Having the ability to set wait times of Hours and minutes, will expand the usability of programs allowing actions that require a shorter wait time.

Be able to see query logic when selecting audience in Message Composer
In the old builder, we were able to see the criteria of the audience we chose to use for the email. In message composer, you can only see what audience you chose, without any information on the specific criteria of the audience.

New section for 'cancelled mailings' instead of them going under 'sent'
Currently: if you cancel a mailing, it goes under the sent tab. This is very misleading and causes panic. Proposal: Have a new tab named 'Cancelled' so these can go under their proper section and you can clearly confirm it didn't send.
