Access contact status in the new program interface

New section for 'cancelled mailings' instead of them going under 'sent'
Currently: if you cancel a mailing, it goes under the sent tab. This is very misleading and causes panic. Proposal: Have a new tab named 'Cancelled' so these can go under their proper section and you can clearly confirm it didn't send. -
Ability to Click on Each Step of your Program and be able to See what Contacts are there
