Be able to generate a test email to an individual with the same effect as a quick/normal test through WCA with an API call. This way the email is classified as a test email and can be ignored by other API called that return Aggregate/Sent data. Would be ideal to also populate personalization and other advanced functionalities. Could also include use a list ID of a "Test List" instead of a single contact, or could include multiple manually entered contacts.
