Ability to export multiple contact's program status Merged

It would be great to have the ability to export the status for multiple contacts. Currently the GetProgramsByContact API can only return an individual contact's details. It would be useful to have the ability to extract the program status for all contacts in a database / query / contact list, similar to the RawRecipientDataExport, perhaps.

We need to be able to monitor our programs and see all details. Being able to see the number of contacts at each step was a great addition but we still need the ability to see exactly which contacts are at a certain step. The older program builder...
