Every email must include a From name, From address, and Reply-to address. By default, these fields are populated with the information stored in the email creator's user profile.

When creating a new user, it automatically defaults to the Acoustic ID's email address, which is always irrelevant.

It would be more appropriate to use the default sending domain provided during the onboarding process rather than a personal email address.
