In set wait time of a Programs, "Fixed" is displayed as a previous day.

For example, if a fixed time is set to Aug 2 2019, it is displayed previous day like Aug 1 2019 on Programs.

Although it is displayed as a previous day, it seems to the correct date is retained internally.
